Maugel DeStefano worked with Winterspring Capital on the design and permitting for this 2+ acre site with complex contours and 14 feet of grade change in downtown Worcester. Zoned in a BG6 and Downtown Overlay district, the team had to follow strict zoning guides and worked closely with the planning department.
