The project features five four-story buildings totaling 668,544 square feet, drawing inspiration from traditional New England architecture with a modern twist. The design incorporates brick, lap siding, fiber cement panels, and metal accents. A contemporary mansard-style roof on top floors adds architectural interest while reducing building scale.
