The project features five four-story buildings totaling 668,544 square feet, drawing inspiration from traditional New England architecture with a modern twist. The design incorporates brick, lap siding, fiber cement panels, and metal accents. A contemporary mansard-style roof on top floors adds architectural interest while reducing building scale. Balconies, rooftop decks, and outdoor patios break down the building massing and enhance the residential feel, while expansive roof decks provide panoramic views and serve as social spaces for residents.
