Shaping Exceptional Careers

Many companies say they care about their people—but at Maugel DeStefano, we deliver on that promise. We have shaped the company around our people, creating a culture that is supportive, welcoming, and uplifting. We recognize that enjoying each other's company is just as important as enjoying the work. Mutual respect, understanding, and inclusiveness are important to us. We embrace differences and thrive on collaboration. Everyone's expertise and opinions are valued, and egos are checked at the door.

We believe that great work comes from challenged, stimulated, happy people.  Our work environment is lively, down-to-earth, and supports a work-life balance.

At Maugel DeStefano, everyone is empowered to find and fulfill their purpose. We don’t believe in traditional performance reviews, preferring instead professional development reviews, which focus on coaching and mentoring. Our innovative employee wellness program was featured in the Boston Globe 2018 Best Places to Work issue.
