Career Opportunities

Many companies say they care about their people, but at Maugel we deliver on that promise.

We have reshaped the firm around our people, creating a culture that is supportive, welcoming and uplifting. Maugel recognizes that enjoying each other's company is just as important as enjoying the work. We are especially proud of being featured in the Boston Globe 2018 Best Places to Work edition.

Our size and culture emphasize collaboration between leadership, staff and employees. Everyone's expertise and opinions are valued - and egos are checked at the door. We have a personal development system driven by employees and their life goals with an emphasis on committing to helping people become their best self. We believe that great work comes from challenged, stimulated, happy people. In short, the better we do for our employees, the better they will do for our clients.

Our Culture:

  • We are passionate and purpose-driven.
  • Individuals are empowered to find and fulfill their purpose.
  • Our work environment is lively, collaborative and down-to-earth.
  • We don’t believe in performance reviews, but instead in professional development reviews, which involve much more coaching and mentoring.
  • We work hard, but we also like to have fun.
  • Giving back to the communities we serve is important to us.
  • We like to get out of the office - company outings and off-site retreats emphasize the importance of continuous improvement of our people and the firm.
  • Our work environment is flexible and supports a work-life balance.
  • We value diversity in individuals and in projects - people can hone their skills, be their best and take pride in their work.
