There were some significant site challenges...Maugel DeStefano overcame all these obstacles in creating this impressive building.

Maugel DeStefano's deep design experience in the life science industry has been a key asset in helping Bio-Techne meet the fast-growing demand for our products. As one of the first life science companies in Devens, Maugel DeStefano's talented team designed our original 45,000 SF facility in 2011, which included labs, manufacturing, and office space. In 2019, we called on Maugel DeStefano again to design a new 27,000 SF addition to serve as much-needed expansion space.

I made the decision to leave our previous architect and all four projects have been awarded to Maugel DeStefano Architects.  The quality and project ownership is worth every penny. Not only was Maugel DeStefano's work spot on, but it was also creative and professional—Maugel DeStefano cares about the details.

On behalf of Werfen, I’d like to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire project team for delivering this state-of-the-art, modern, and flexible R&D center. The entire project was completed not only ahead of schedule, but under budget. This was due to a collaborative process from inception to completion and by partnering with some very talented and professional organizations.

KSQ is proud to call 4 Maguire Road our new headquarters. A big thanks to the team of experts who worked on the design and construction of this purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility.
