The 48,000 SF single-story flex building, owned by EQT Exeter,  will undergo an expansion and extensive renovation to upgrade the building’s entry and lobby and add 6,000 SF of high-bay space to accommodate GMP tenants or other technical operations requiring significant clear height and heavy power.
