It has been a pleasure to work with Maugel DeStefano Architects on our Bluestar Business Park project.  Their architectural experience has provided a depth of design knowledge to our high bay fulfillment centers, while at the same time combining retail and flex industrial knowledge with our other mixed-use components.

Maugel DeStefano Architects worked diligently with the entire team to design a modern, state-of-the-art medical office building. We appreciated the entire team’s diligence and creativity with a very challenging site and believe this shines through in the design.
