Maugel DeStefano is working with the joint venture of The Michaels Organization and GoVenture Capital Group on the development of 274 Franklin Street. Our design team has been involved since early conception, through permitting, and now into construction. The design includes 364 dwelling units and a five-story precast parking structure with 360 parking spaces. The project is scheduled to be completed in early 2025.
The development will boast an expansive amenities package that includes co-working spaces, a cafe, a fitness center, a roof deck, a game room, a theatre, a pet spa, and an expansive package room with commercial refrigerators. The courtyard is nearly 3/4 of an acre and will include private patios, walking paths, grilling stations, a pavilion, game areas, and a dog park.
