Our Science & Adv Tech team designed this biomanufacturing facility for LFB USA, a  biopharmaceutical division of France’s LFB Group. Located on Crowley Drive, the $37 million facility was designed to produce the drug ATryn used in the treatment of preeclampsia, a leading cause of maternal and infant death. The 70,000 SF facility featured 30,000 SF of clean room manufacturing space, 20,000 SF of warehouse space, and 14,000 SF of office space.
