Maugel DeStefano Architects designed DCS Corporation’s new 60,000 SF facility at 10 Lyberty Way in Westford, Mass. The scope included comprehensive architectural services from site evaluation and planning through to construction administration. This marks Maugel DeStefano’s second facility design for DCS, following the firm’s earlier work on DCS’s 60,000 SF former facility in Littleton, Mass.

The new facility supports a diverse range of mission-critical functions, including high-bay operations, machine shop, logistics, cable manufacturing, materials and chemical laboratories, SIL rooms, and a secure SCIF environment. The design balances highly specialized technical requirements with efficient planning, enabling DCS to maintain operational continuity while supporting future growth.
