The design team took advantage of the naturally sloping site to locate a residential courtyard on top of the parking deck that is level with Hemans Street. The community features a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities that promote an active, connected lifestyle. A landscaped courtyard, grilling stations, fire pit, bocce court, and rooftop deck provide inviting outdoor gathering spaces, while a cyber café, fitness and yoga studios, and a community room encourage social interaction and resident engagement.
