The Poet Hill Residences is an approved 210-unit, market-rate housing development owned by SMC Management in the Poet Hill neighborhood of Worcester.  Located on a 5-acre site on Hemans Street, the project features five stories of residential living over a double-podium parking garage.

The design team took advantage of the naturally sloping site to locate a residential courtyard on top of the parking deck that is level with Hemans Street.  Courtyard amenities include spaces for community gathering, grilling, movie watching, and playing Bocce.
