Maugel DeStefano designed two affordable housing projects for the Town of Salisbury and the Affordable Housing Trust.  The scope included a total of 42 units located at 29 Elm Street and 19 Maple Street in Salisbury. The projects feature additions and renovations to the Spalding School Building on Maple Street and two new buildings built on the Elm Street site. The residences include studios and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
