339 BOSTON POST ROAD

Maugel DeStefano Architects is serving as the Architect of Record for this 140-unit apartment development, a collaboration with Procopio Companies, a self-performing general contractor. Located at 339 Boston Post Road, this development enhances Marlborough’s growing housing base with a thoughtfully designed, resident-focused community.

The project consists of three residential buildings featuring a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each offering either a private outdoor deck or at-grade patio. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spacious club lounge, a resort-style outdoor pool deck, covered parking garages, and a dedicated dog park which provides residents with modern conveniences and opportunities to unwind.

The design embraces a traditional aesthetic with an earthy material palette that blends urban and natural elements, appealing to individuals seeking a retreat from the ordinary urban lifestyle.

Other team member include Wozny/Barbar Associates, MEP/FP; H+O Structural Engineering; Structural; SLS Consulting, Code Consulting; and Allen & Major, Civil and Landscape. Together, the project team has worked to create an exceptional living environment that elevates the standard for multifamily developments in the region.
