Marlborough, MA – Maugel DeStefano Architects is pleased to announce the opening of the first building at Vesa, a 140-unit apartment community in Marlborough. Serving as the Architect of Record, Maugel DeStefano collaborated with developer Procopio Companies, serving as construction manager, to bring this exceptional resident-focused community to life.

Located at 339 Boston Post Road, Vesa expands Marlborough’s housing base by offering modern, convenient, and comfortable living options. The development features three residential buildings with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each with a private outdoor deck or at-grade patio. The design embraces a traditional aesthetic with an earthy material palette, blending urban sophistication with natural elements to create a welcoming retreat from the ordinary urban lifestyle. Residents will enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a fully equipped fitness center, a spacious club lounge, a resort-style outdoor pool deck, covered parking garages, a dedicated dog park, and nearby walking trails.
