Maugel DeStefano Architects designed this 42‑unit condominium community within the business overlay district on Cambridge Street in Burlington, Massachusetts. The entitlement process required coordinated approvals from both the Route 3 business district subcommittee and the planning board. The buildings comprise oversized two-bedroom residences arranged on three levels above a level of subterranean parking.
