Maugel DeStefano Architects is collaborating with Polar Views, LLC, on this vibrant mixed-use development in Worcester's Green Island neighborhood, located at the edge of the downtown overlay districts. The urban infill project at 39 Lamartine Street will feature two levels of parking, 2,000 square feet of retail, and 33 thoughtfully designed apartments, including a spectacular 6-bedroom penthouse with views of Polar Park.

With a sleek, modern architecture that stands out from typical multifamily podium design, the development offers amenities such as a fitness center, resident lounge, function room, expansive roof deck, and dog park to create an inviting community in the heart of the city. The apartments will include both affordable and market-rate options, supporting a diverse residential community and contributing to the revitalization of this growing neighborhood.
