Maugel DeStefano is working with the DeVellis Group on this Local Initiative Program (LIP)  housing project in Bedford, Mass., and assisting ownership with the permitting process.  Our team worked with the town's departments and boards to ensure the project aligned with the Town of Bedford's housing production plan and the client's goals.

The residential community features a diverse mix of affordable housing options that includes flats, townhouses, co-housing and single-family homes for rent. The architecture design reflects a modern farmhouse aesthetic using energy efficient and sustainable materials.
