CEDAR CROSSING

Maugel DeStefano Architects played a key role in securing approval for this 40B project from the Town of Walpole. Maugel DeStefano, in collaboration with Howard Stein Hudson, master planned the 55-acre site. The project has received town approval and is now fully permitted.

The 240-unit housing development plan consisted of twelve four-unit townhouse buildings and four four-story garden structures, with two designed in a podium style featuring parking facilities beneath the residential units. The complex provided a combination of affordable and market-rate units in both one and two-bedroom configurations. Additional facilities included a 4,400 square foot clubhouse and leasing office, a maintenance building, and two single-stall garage buildings.
