CEDAR CROSSING

Maugel DeStefano Architects was instrumental in getting this 40B project approved through the Town of Walpole, MA.  Maugel DeStefano and Howard Stein Hudson Engineers and Planners worked collaboratively to masterplan the 55-acre site. The project was recently approved by the town and is now fully permitted.

The 240-unit housing development plan featured twelve four-unit townhouse buildings and four four-story garden structures—two of which were designed podium style with parking located beneath the living units. The complex offered a mix of affordable and market-rate units in one and two-bedroom layouts. Additional structures included a 4,400 SF clubhouse and leasing office, a maintenance building, and two single stall garage buildings.
