Our multifamily team designed this mixed-use project on Main Street in Groton, Mass. The firm guided the permit process through the Historic Districts Commission, the Groton Design Review Committee, the Conservation Commission, and the Planning Board to receive zoning approval for 18 dwelling units. The project includes restoring a historic, colonial structure on Main Street, as well as adding retail space and constructing 15 townhouse units overlooking wetlands at the base of picturesque Gibbet Hill.
