We are a week into working remotely, a decision we made based on guidance from the CDC, OSHA, and the WHO. The week has gone well, and our teams are servicing our clients without disruption. We will continue to monitor the guidance provided by these organizations as well as federal, state, and local authorities and adjust our policies accordingly to help flatten the curve of the COVID-19 virus.
While we never anticipated this type of disruption to everyday life, we made a strategic decision several years ago to develop the infrastructure for our people to work remotely. Our original intent was aimed at providing flexibility for employees and to respond to the demands of today’s workforce. We are thankful that the systems we instituted are working smoothly and effectively meeting the needs of our clients and staff.
Our teams are in constant communication with clients, fellow professionals, and each other to manage projects using safe meeting and site visit protocols. We understand that these are unprecedented times, and we will work closely with you to ensure that all projects are safely kept on track. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at any time.
