We were excited to join REXA, Inc. and project partners in celebrating the groundbreaking of REXA’s new 112,000 SF corporate headquarters and advanced manufacturing facility at Campus 44 in Middleborough, MA. Congratulations to the REXA team and the Town of Middleborough on this significant milestone.

The new facility, developed by VMD Companies will bring together all REXA engineering, design, and manufacturing operations under one roof. As a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment and automation solutions, REXA serves a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, renewable energy, mining, water, and more. This facility represents a major step forward in supporting the company’s growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.

The building design includes 20,000 SF of office space across two floors, expansive 74' x 56' bay spacing, 28-foot clear heights, and numerous loading docks and overhead doors strategically positioned around the building. The manufacturing workflow, developed collaboratively with Boston Industrial Consulting and REXA, is engineered to optimize product movement from receiving through shipping, creating a highly efficient and scalable operation.

Integrated Builders will serve as the Construction Manager, with STV acting as the Owner’s Project Manager. Construction is scheduled for completion in July 2026.
