Bill’s portfolio spans a range of project types, including commercial, mixed-use, and assisted living developments, as well as retail, hospitality, workplace, and higher education projects. He brings extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating consultants, navigating regulatory requirements, and partnering with clients to deliver projects that balance functionality, quality, and design.
Before joining Maugel DeStefano, Bill held architectural and project management leadership positions with firms in Massachusetts, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Throughout his career, he has managed projects across all phases of design and construction, bringing a broad perspective to project delivery and team leadership.
Bill is a registered architect and earned a Master of Architecture in Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Planning from The Catholic University of America.
