As a premier sponsor of the Middlesex 3 Coalition Seminar Series, Maugel DeStefano Architects was pleased to sponsor the 2026 New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) & Middlesex 3 Coalition Real Estate Summit. The event was held at 174 Middlesex Turnpike in Bedford, MA., owned by Cummings Properties.

The event brought together commercial real estate professionals, developers, business leaders, municipal officials, and industry partners from across the region for a morning of discussion, networking, and insight into the region’s commercial real estate landscape.

Principal Michael Kunz participated as a panelist in the Redevelopment, Redesign & Reuse session, joining John Halsey of Cummings Properties, Lynn Tokarczyk of Business Development Strategies, and Mike Ogasapian, SIOR, of Lincoln Property Company. The discussion explored strategies for repositioning existing properties, adaptive reuse, and the opportunities to create spaces that respond to changing business and market needs.
