How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career: I have always had very strong technical design skills and the ability to build consensus between different project stakeholders. As an architect working with health care clients, those skills are essential. Bringing light to the seemingly minute details early in the process and communicating their impact on the design ensures the project runs smoothly. In health care design, there are many different user groups, each with unique backgrounds and priorities. Knowing how to facilitate discussions and resolve issues in a manner that everyone understands is critical to successfully executing the client’s vision.
