Maugel DeStefano designed dramatic façade improvements and common area transformations for five buildings at The District Burlington.  Our team's conceptual designs aligned well with National Development's vision of creating a vibrant, cohesive pedestrian environment that integrated new retail uses into the campus. Maugel's work also included a complete renovation of the popular Rebecca’s Café, which serves as the centerpiece of outdoor activities and features a new dining plaza and a formal park organized around pedestrian paths.
