Arland Tool & Manufacturing, Inc., a leading international contract manufacturer, selected our design team and RP Masiello to design-build a new 43,000 SF Class A office building in Sturbridge. The project is constructed on a high-visibility parcel located at the junction of Interstate 84, Route 20, and the Massachusetts Turnpike owned by Arland. The three-story office building features modern masonry and glass elements and showcases a multi-story lobby that adds visual drama and natural light into the interior.
