As Director of Interiors at Maugel DeStefano and an NCIDQ-certified designer, Jen leads the design of commercial and residential environments throughout New England. Known for her collaborative approach and ability to translate client goals into meaningful design solutions, she guides projects through every phase—from programming and tenant fit-up planning to construction documentation, finish selection, and construction administration. Drawing on her experience in custom residential design, including work on Martha’s Vineyard, Jen brings a refined design sensibility, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how spaces can enhance the way people live and work. 

Jen earned an MBA from Fitchburg State University and a BS in Interior Design from Mount Ida College.
