Maugel DeStefano Architects is working with Condyne Capital Partners on the design of a 15.78-acre industrial site at 105 Baker Hollow Road in Windsor, Connecticut. The parcel is set to become the Baker Hollow Logistics Center, a 165,625 SF modern high-bay industrial facility constructed using tilt-up concrete walls. Polar Design Build has been contracted for the construction of the building.
The design will provide flexibility in the interior to accommodate varying tenant demands such as column layout, office square footage, and sortation equipment. The building will feature 32’ clear heights, 37 dock doors, 1 drive-in door, and 58 trailer parking spaces.
