Maugel DeStefano designed Condyne Capital Partners’  15.78 acre industrial development at Baker Hollow Road in Windsor, Connecticut. The parcel, developed as the Baker Hollow Logistics Center, features  two modern high-bay industrial facilities constructed using tilt-up concrete walls. Polar Design Build provided construction services for the development. 

The architectural design provided flexibility in the interiors to accommodate varying tenant demands such as column layout, office square footage, and sortation equipment. Each building features 32’ clear heights, 46’x52’ column spacing with 52’x60’ speed bays, and loading docks with 35,000 lb levers and solar ready roofs.
