Maugel DeStefano designed the 165,625 SF industrial tenant fit-out for the Safelite Group located at Condyne Capital's 15-acre Baker Hollow Logistics Center in the Windsor, Connecticut.  Safelite, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio,  specializes in vehicle glass and claims management services. With company-owned facilities spread across all 50 states, they are a leading force in the industry.

The Safelite Group, the sole occupant of the building,  will use the facility for the company's windshield replacement operations and support office. The design features a 5,000 SF office, fully-racked warehouse space, 32’ clear height, 38 dock doors, 4 EV charging stations, 100,000-gallon fire storage tank, and 25% of the roof reserved for solar.
