Maugel DeStefano designed the 165,625 SF industrial tenant fit-out for the Safelite Group located at the Baker Hollow Logistics Center in Windsor, Conn. Safelite, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio,  specializes in vehicle glass and claims management services. 

The Safelite Group is the sole occupant of the building and will use the facility for the company's windshield replacement operations and support office. The design features a 5,000 SF office, fully-racked warehouse space, 32’ clear height, 38 dock doors, 4 EV charging stations, 100,000-gallon fire storage tank, and 25% of the roof reserved for solar.
