Located at 2 Militia Drive, the project reconfigured existing office space to better support Grace Chapel’s administrative and operational functions. The renovation included new offices, conference rooms, and a staff breakroom, along with improvements to the building’s exterior roof system. Through strategic space planning and a contemporary design approach, the project created a more efficient, collaborative, and welcoming workplace that supports Grace Chapel’s mission while providing flexibility for future growth.

Maugel has been partnering with Grace Chapel for over a decade and this marks Maugel DeStefano Architects’ fourth location for Grace Chapel. Previously, the firm designed worship, community and administrative spaces for Grace Chapel’s campus in Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Project partners include Pinnacle Construction as Contractor, Shepherd Engineering as Electrical Engineer, Design Day Mechanicals as Mechanical Engineer, and SFC Engineering Partnership as Fire Protection Engineer.
