Maugel was selected by Hobbs Brook to design improvements to 343 Winter Street in Waltham, MA. The repositioning includes renovations to the building’s three-story lobby and amenity improvements to the facility. The dramatic new design provides additional space and volume to the lobby, creating a high-energy activity zone flooded with natural light. Contemporary finishes, furniture, and lighting are paired with an open stair, a feature fabric wall and creative corporate branding to provide a welcoming amenity space.
“Lobbies are essential to the marketability of a building.
