This existing building was a 139,445 SF light manufacturing facility ideally located along University Avenue in Westwood, Mass.  The Maugel DeStefano team worked with the Seyon Group and Integrated Builders to reposition the facility to attract an industry-leading tenant in the Science & Advanced Technology market.  The project scope includes the demolition of the interior space, including two mezzanines, and transforming it into a fit-out ready ‘white box’ space. A new façade and vestibule enhance the building's exterior. The architectural language was carefully curated to stay true to the building’s light manufacturing roots, but also to communicate a technology-forward aesthetic to complement the life sciences and adv tech markets.
