This design-build project, in collaboration with Fulcrum Associates, expands the existing building by 9,680 square feet to accommodate additional personnel. The addition provides expanded cafeteria seating adjacent to the current dining area, along with new office and cubicle space. Approximately 5,000 square feet of existing office area will also be renovated to improve functionality and efficiency.
