This project involves a design-build collaboration with Fulcrum Associates to expand the current building by 9,680 square feet, providing space for more personnel. The expansion will include extra seating for the cafeteria adjacent to the current cafeteria, as well as additional areas for offices and cubicles. Approximately 5,000 square feet of existing office space will be renovated to enhance its functionality.
