Maugel Architects announced that the firm is working with Condyne Capital and Polar Design Build to design the BlueStar Business Park. The newly created industrial mixed-use development, located in Norton, Massachusetts, is one of the newest master-planned modern industrial parks in the Greater Boston area.
The 11 building, 887,315 square foot development will feature a mix of industrial, flex, retail and medical office buildings spanning 190 acres. The scope includes 381,000 SF of warehouse, 130,000 SF of flex and 16,000 SF of retail.
