Condyne Capital Partners, LLC in collaboration with Polar Design Build, Inc., announced that it has completed a 37,052 SF tenant fit-up for Wayfair, Inc., located at 15 Leonard Street in the BlueStar Business Park in Norton, MA. Polar Design Build teamed up with Maugel Architects, CBC Associates (MEP Engineer), and Flood Consulting (Structural) for the building.

Wayfair is one of the world’s largest destinations for home goods. Offering expert customer service and interior design skills, they continue to develop tools to make shopping and decorating easier and fun. Wayfair carries one of the largest online selections of furniture and home décor to satisfy every budget and style including brands Joss & Main, AllModern, BirchLane, and Perigold.

Wayfair is a major tenant at 15 Leonard Street where they will occupy  37,052 SF for their newest photography studio center. The studio will feature large photo areas with varying scenery and a shop area for repairing photo props. The space features 32’ clear height, hanging strut for power cables, lighting, and separation curtains, as well as a battery charging area and HVLS large ceiling fans for circulation.  In addition to the photo studio, there is 6,000 SF of office space, a large conference room, a wellness room, and a spacious open area to accommodate up to 30 cubicles.
