Maugel DeStefano Architects announced the completion of the design at the Baker Hollow Logistics Center, a 165,625-square-foot modern high-bay industrial facility located at 105 Baker Hollow Road in Windsor, Connecticut. The firm partnered with Condyne Capital Partners on the 15.78-acre development, with Polar Design Build serving as the general contractor.

Constructed using tilt-up concrete wall panels, the building was designed to provide maximum flexibility for future tenants. The interior can accommodate a variety of operational requirements, including customized office layouts, column configurations, and material handling and sortation systems.
