Polar Design Build, Inc. selected Maugel DeStefano Architects to design the 83,109 SF tenant expansion for Callico Distributors, Inc. located at 90 Prince Henry Drive in Taunton, Massachusetts. Polar Design Build will act as the general contractor for the project. DiPrete Engineering, Flood Consulting, and CBC Engineers will provide engineering services.

Callico Distributors is a redistributor of paper, plastics, disposables, and janitorial supplies in New England.  Family operated since 1981, Callico offers over 4,000 products including their own Callico band.  Callico serves the hospital, food services, health care, office, government, and educational industries.

The new addition's facade will be designed to match the existing building.  The expanded space will feature 32’ clear heights, an 8” concrete slab, ESFR sprinklers, LED lights, insulated metal panel walls, 3 additional overhead dock doors, and an updated fire alarm system throughout.
