Maugel designed the renovation of the new 167,000 SF printing facility for DS Graphics. The project scope included the exterior demolition of an existing one-story building, removal of existing landscaping, roof decks, loading docks, and parking area. The new interior has individual and open office spaces, a new warehouse, breakroom, conference rooms, café, and reception. A modern exterior façade features tinted glass along the front of the building and a new loading dock area. MEP systems were also upgraded throughout the building.
