Maugel DeStefano expanded and modernized the Same Day Surgery Suite at Sturdy Memorial Hospital's main campus in Attleboro. The new design increased the suite’s capacity and improved efficiency while providing better privacy for patients and staff. The completion of the project marked a major milestone in a  5-phased redesign of the first floor of the hospital. In addition to Sturdy Memorial, Maugel DeStefano is worked closely with Equity Alliance and Columbia Construction on the project.

Since 2017, Maugel DeStefano has worked with Sturdy Memorial in master planning efforts to improve the hospital's facilities and to bring exceptional care to patients.  Past projects have included advisory services, a satellite medical office building in Plainville, a new CT within the Imaging Suite, and renovations to the hospital's Inpatient Pharmacy and LDRP.
