Sturdy Memorial Associates' new 30,000 SF medical office building in Plainville provides the community with urgent care, patient services, OB/GYN, and primary care. The new two-story medical office building will replace an existing one-story structure that was razed to make way for the new facility.

Maugel DeStefano worked closely with Sturdy to design a modern environment that creates a welcoming patient experience, maximizes clinical space, and provides clear wayfinding for patients and visitors. Particular attention was given to creating efficient workflows tailored to physician working patterns and providing seamless patient care.
