Maugel DeStefano is designing Condyne Capital Partners’ 15.78 acre industrial development at Baker Hollow Road in Windsor, Connecticut. The parcel is set to become the Baker Hollow Logistics Center, a four-building, 771,375 SF modern high-bay industrial facility will be constructed using tilt-up concrete walls. Polar Design Build has been contracted for the construction of the building.
The design will provide flexibility in the interior to accommodate varying tenant demands such as column layout, office square footage, and sortation equipment. The interiors feature 32’ clear heights, 46’x52’ column spacing with 52’x60’ speed bay. The warehouses feature loading docks with 35,000 lb levers and solar ready roofs.
Maugel DeStefano Architects also completed the tenant fit-out for Safelite at 105 Baker Hollow Rd and Marvin at 205 Baker Hollow Rd.
