Our science and technology team designed Spring Bank Pharmaceuticals’ new 30,000 SF research and development facility in Hopkinton. Located at 35 Parkwood Drive, the company occupies 30,000 SF within a 160,000 SF building owned by Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. The program includes multiple laboratories and office workspaces.

The facility is organized for efficiency, from circulation between labs to the placement of specialized equipment. Flexible lab planning supports reconfiguration as research needs evolve. The modern laboratory environments incorporate current life science design principles and include dedicated spaces for chemistry, biology, analytics, and instrumentation.
