Located just 12 miles from Boston, the Lincoln Labs-Hartwell Avenue area is known for its high concentration of innovative life sciences companies. Our team designed facade and lobby upgrades at 25, 40, and 45 Hartwell Avenue. The new designs dramatically enhanced the buildings' exteriors by incorporating vertical elements and recladding existing façades.
