The Harvard Boy Scouts visited Maugel Architects to earn their Architecture Merit Badge. This was a great opportunity for Maugel to be involved with the youth of the community and expose them to the wonderful field of architecture.
The afternoon started by Brent giving the scouts a tour of the office and a talk on design. The troop then learned about the different design technologies and saw a demonstration of Autocad, Revit and SketchUp. Marcos then shared his experiences as a working student and showed the troop one of his models. A lively Q&A session followed.
Special thanks to Brent, Mark, Marcos (for keeping them in line!) and Will for taking time out of your busy schedules. They really enjoyed it.
