Maugel Architects announced today that Equity Industrial Partners has selected the firm to design their newly acquired 36,000 SF property at Ten Oceana Way in Norwood, MA. Integrated Builders has been selected as the general contractor. Maugel's work will include dramatic façade improvements that showcase the building’s main entrance and enhance the building’s appearance from the corner of Oceana Way and Canton Street.

Maugel has also been selected by two tenants, Pulse Networks and Crossfit CRAIC, who have secured lease agreements with Equity Industrial Partners. Maugel is working with each tenant to create a customized design tailored to their unique needs. Pulse Networks commissioned Maugel to design a high-tech office with a mixture of open offices and private offices. The 10,000 sf space will consist of offices, cubicles and a sound studio. CrossFit CRAIC will occupy 6,500 sf of newly designed space. The new gym will include two large open workout areas with exposed deck and exposed masonry walls, three offices, and a large child watch area.
Maugel’s flexible design for the remaining space can accommodate a single tenant, or be configured into smaller spaces to accommodate multiple tenants.
