As Studio Leader of Maugel DeStefano's Industrial & Commercial Studio, Bill brings more than 15 years of experience managing complex projects from planning and design through construction. His portfolio includes commercial, mixed-use, and assisted living developments, as well as retail, hospitality, workplace, and higher ed projects. He has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating consultants, navigating regulatory requirements, and partnering with clients to deliver projects that balance functionality, quality, and design.

Before joining Maugel DeStefano, Bill held architectural and project management leadership roles with firms in Massachusetts, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., where he managed projects through every phase of design and construction. He is a registered architect and earned both a Master of Architecture in Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Planning from The Catholic University of America.
