In 2019, Vecna Robotics, a manufacturer of autonomous warehouse robots, consolidated its manufacturing, testing, and office functions at Waverly Place in Waltham. Maugel DeStefano partnered with Vecna to plan and design 80,000 SF of light industrial and office space to support the company’s growth. The program includes a robot testing and customization area, machine shop, customer support lounge, private offices, employee break area, and conference rooms.
