Maugel DeStefano designed REXA, Inc.’s new 110,000 SF manufacturing facility at Campus 44 in Middleborough. Owned by VMD Companies, the facility includes 20,000 SF of office space across two floors, expansive 74x56' bay spacing, 28-foot clear heights, and numerous loading docks and overhead doors positioned around the building. The manufacturing workflow, developed collaboratively with Boston Industrial Consulting and REXA, is engineered to optimize product movement from receiving through shipping. Integrated Builders is serving as Construction Manager, with STV as the Owner’s Project Manager (OPM).
