Maugel DeStefano and Pinnacle Construction completed the 3,500 SF fit-up for Reichheld Ting Orthodontics in Lowell, MA. This was our third project for RTO. The team worked through various layouts options to ensure the long, narrow clinical space felt intimate, but not claustrophobic.  The fit-up includes a waiting area and reception, six orthodontist bays, two consulting rooms, a sterilization room, brushing stations, a 3D printing lab and administration space.  The design takes advantage of high ceilings by creating soffits that designate patient zones.  The spatial layout is layered with crisp and sophisticated finishes, enhancing the overall patient experience.
