Maugel DeStefano Architects, in collaboration with Green Leaf Construction, successfully finalized the construction of a 4,200 SF medical office suite for Orthopedic Affiliates and Achieve Physical Therapy. The facility is located at the Shops at Highland Commons and is the fourth medical office location designed by Maugel DeStefano for Achieve PT. It is also the first project the firm has undertaken with Orthopedic Affiliates.

The design team fully utilized the high ceilings of the building to seamlessly connect the open physical therapy area with the more private orthopedic exam rooms. By strategically placing glazing and transparent elements, they created a welcoming atmosphere while still prioritizing patient confidentiality, which is especially important in retail settings.
