The team provided comprehensive design services for this non-profit dedicated to providing quality early childhood education and school-age enrichment programs for children. The scope included the design of two new facilities: a 31,000 SF flagship facility built at the Pease Tradeport in Portsmouth and a 15,000 SF facility to expand programming in another town.  The client’s philosophy, “The Child Comes First”, served as a guide through the design and decision-making process.  The resulting facilities create environments tailored to developmental learning. The team also served as the owner’s representative to developers and city officials.
